FC-CO-5000
Long life carbon monoxide sensor
The FC-CO-5000 long-life carbon monoxide sensor utilizes the principle of micro fuel cells for detection. By generating a current proportional to the concentration of carbon monoxide gas in the environment, it is possible to quickly sense and detect carbon monoxide gas in the surrounding environment.
Principle: When carbon monoxide gas is present in the environment, it will quickly reach the core detection site of the sensor through natural diffusion and concentration polarization, and undergo oxidation reaction at the positive electrode. At the same time, oxygen undergoes a reduction reaction at the negative electrode, forming a closed loop reaction that produces a current proportional to the concentration of carbon monoxide gas in the environment. At this point, by detecting the magnitude of the generated current, the carbon monoxide gas content in the environment can be accurately quantified.
Advantages: This sensor is a passive component that uses solid electrolytes and has outstanding advantages such as zero power consumption, low noise, high detection accuracy, long service life, anti-interference, anti poisoning, and wide temperature range. The FC-H2-5000 long-life hydrogen sensor utilizes the principle of micro fuel cells for detection. By generating a current proportional to the concentration of hydrogen gas in the environment, it can quickly sense and detect hydrogen gas in the surrounding environment.
Principle: When hydrogen gas is present in the environment, gas molecules will quickly reach the core detection unit of the sensor through natural diffusion and concentration polarization, and undergo oxidation reaction at the working electrode. At the same time, oxygen in the environment undergoes a reduction reaction on the electrode, forming a closed loop reaction that produces a current proportional to the concentration of hydrogen gas in the environment. At this point, by detecting the magnitude of the generated current, the hydrogen gas content in the environment can be accurately quantified.
