On November 18-20, 2024, the annual performance report and management work conference of ProSense was grandly held at the Sheraton Hotel in Zhaoqing. Wang Xianzhong, Chairman of Rixin Corporation and ProSense, He Shukai, Vice General Manager and Dean of the Technology Research Institute of Rixin Corporation and Director of ProSense, attended the meeting. Chairman Wang Xianzhong pointed out that 2024 marks the 8th anniversary of the joint venture between the ProSense entrepreneurial team and Rixin Co., Ltd. PuSheng Sensing carries the noble mission of "protecting the pure breath of humanity". Since its establishment, ProSense has always maintained an unremitting pursuit of gas sensing technology, facing an uncertain future and complex environments and challenges, and must not forget its original intention and continue to move forward. In the past 8 years, ProSense has achieved technological breakthroughs in formaldehyde sensors, carbon monoxide sensors, and hydrogen sensors, solving the "bottleneck" problem in related fields and truly achieving the goal of "protecting human pure breathing". In the future, ProSense will still adhere to the principle of products being refined rather than excessive. We only focus on products that solve the problem of "neck blockage".
Wang Xianzhong has put forward earnest expectations for next year's key work from multiple dimensions such as technology and innovation, industry and change. Wang Xianzhong stated that the new generation of science and technology is accelerating its transformation from the mobile internet era dominated by PCs and mobile terminals to the perceptual intelligence revolution represented by unmanned driving and large models. Artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into our lives, and ProSense must keep pace with the times, focus on core products, strive to improve product performance, enhance product competitiveness, promote comprehensive innovation and upgrading of the company's products and business, and build a new driving force for sustainable development.
General Manager Zhao Li pointed out that 2024 is the starting year for the company to achieve major development plans, as well as a key year for the company to continuously upgrade and climb, focus on advantageous areas, and promote business development. Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by industry changes, Zhao Li pointed out that it is necessary to always have online thinking, achieve timely and efficient services, promote product development in depth, and achieve timely response and efficient operation of key links such as demand research and development product.
In the face of the impact and changes brought about by organizational development, Zhao Li emphasized the need to be brave in change, and to enhance internal organizational efficiency and innovation vitality through measures such as promoting management process changes, improving research and development systems, and optimizing organizational structures.
