From June 11th to 13th, 2024, ProSense will showcase its innovative products at the SENSOR+TEST Sensor and Testing Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany.
The Sensor+Test Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany is a leading global forum for sensor, measurement, and testing technology, hosted by the AMA Sensor and Measurement Association. In 2024, approximately 380 exhibitors from 29 countries will showcase their expertise in the entire measurement and testing system, from sensors to computers.
At this exhibition, we will bring our audience products and intelligent solutions in three major application areas: toxic and harmful gas sensing, indoor air monitoring, and hydrogen gas sensing in oil. Representing the technological progress and research and development achievements of ProSense in the past year, the highlights of this exhibition include:
WZ-H3-N formaldehyde detection module
The WZ-H3-N formaldehyde detection module is a new product launched to address the weak anti-interference ability, poor environmental adaptability, and inability to use in high-temperature environments of existing products. The module is based on the principle of micro fuel cells for detection, and for the first time applies automotive grade fuel cell solid electrolytes to formaldehyde gas detection, with true solids, zero leakage, and no drying up; Not affected by low concentration alcohols and other interfering substances in the environment, it can achieve selective detection of formaldehyde gas in normal living environments, especially suitable for high storage temperature scenarios such as air conditioning and automobiles.
FC-H2-5000
The FC-H2-5000 hydrogen sensor is a passive component that uses solid electrolytes. It has outstanding advantages such as zero power consumption, low noise, high detection accuracy, long service life, anti-interference, anti poisoning, and wide temperature range. Suitable for product requirements such as electrochemical energy storage, power batteries, and detection instruments.
Lithium battery electrolyte sensor
Gas leakage is one of the main manifestations of electrolyte leakage. The gas sensor for monitoring electrolyte leakage in lithium batteries can monitor the concentration of gas released by electrolyte leakage in the environment in real time and output alarm signals. Leak detection is a critical step in ensuring the safe and stable operation of battery systems, and the product is suitable for scenarios such as power batteries and energy storage power stations.
